HIGH SEASON: 1ST DECEMBER – 30TH APRIL

1. Upstairs: US$ 88.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons
2. Cottage: US$ 88.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons
3. Ground Floor / Downstairs: US$ 66.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons
4. Ground Floor / Studio: US$ 38.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons

ADDITIONAL PERSON(S): 12 years and over: US$12.50 per night for each person
2 years to under 12 years: US$ 6.50 per night for each person

LOW SEASON: 1ST MAY – 30TH NOVEMBER

1. Upstairs: US$ 66.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons
2. Cottage: US$ 66.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons
3. Ground Floor / Downstairs: US$ 55.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons
4. Ground Floor / Studio: US$ 33.00 per Night for 1 or 2 persons

ADDITIONAL PERSON(S): 12 years and over: US$12.50 per night for each person
2 years to under 12 years: US$ 6.50 per night for each person

NOTE
a) All taxes are already included in the rates given above.

b) Advance bookings are for a minimum of seven (7) nights and seven (7) nights must be paid in advance.

c) Payment must be made in $US and via either: Banker’s draft or cheque (not personal cheques) drawn on any United States of America (USA) Bank.
