Located along the beachfront of ManOWar Bay you will find some local restaurants -among the best known are Sharon and Phebs and the Banana Boat Bistro. Organised activities in the village include Sea Kayaking and scuba diving, while Snorkeling, fishing, sea bathing, strolling on the beach .... hiking over to Pirate's Bay or even Speyside village ... or walking up the slopes and into the rainforest for bird watching and observing nature are activities you can arrange yourself.

In neighbouring Speyside (just 5 minutes drive over the hills) there are a few more eating places including the famous Miss jemma's Kitchen. Several PADI certified dive shops are based here due to very easy access to some of the finest dive sites in the Caribbean . read more about them here.
